Identify your service before recovering access
Check your original installation record, saved app identifier and any authentic welcome or account notice. Similar names are easy to confuse. A support link for a different operator cannot reliably recover your account.
No publisher-confirmed account URL has been supplied here. We therefore do not place a guessed “official login” link or embed a form asking for credentials. Use the original authenticated channel associated with your account.
If an OTP does not arrive
- Confirm that you are using the correct phone number and country code within the genuine service.
- Wait for the stated resend interval. Repeated requests can trigger limits.
- Check ordinary message delivery and network availability.
- Do not give an OTP to a caller, chat group or “recovery agent”.
- Avoid account-sharing or SIM-access tools offered as a shortcut.
An OTP is a credential, not a support reference number. A request to send one to a person should stop the conversation.
Prepare a useful problem report
| Include | Keep private |
|---|---|
| Approximate time and time zone | Full phone number or government ID |
| Android version and device model | Password, OTP or recovery token |
| Exact error text | Session cookies or payment credentials |
| App version and package ID if known | Screenshots exposing account or balance details |
Send details only through a verified support channel. Redact screenshots before sharing them. This site has no support inbox configured and cannot receive a recovery request.
Payment, balance and withdrawal concerns
Do not make a further payment to “unlock” a balance or accelerate a withdrawal. Preserve relevant records and contact your payment provider through its genuine channel if you suspect an unauthorised transaction. For suspected cybercrime, the Indian government’s National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal ↗ provides a reporting route.
This is general information, not a claim that a particular operator is legitimate or that funds can be recovered. Review current Indian legal information before using a money-based service.
When the problem is on the device
A crash, an incorrect device clock or an unstable connection can look like a login failure. Record the error before changing settings. Avoid clearing storage or uninstalling an app until you understand what happens to local or guest-account data. Our Android guide starts with reversible checks.
